Low zinc levels can cause fertility problems, depression, loss of appetite & a low immune system. Up to two fifths of us are deficient in this crucial mineral so eat plenty of nuts (pecan, brazil, almonds & peanuts), whole wheat grain, oysters, haddock, lamb, turnips, & egg yolk to help keep your zinc levels up.
